Business Support Program
Spotlight IT also offers small businesses a monthly preventative maintence and support program. For a flat rate of $150 per month we will keep your small business network running at peek performance. Best of all we perform the services below remotely during non-business hours for the least amount of impact on your business.
What is included in this program?
- Support for up to 10 Windows based desktop computers and 1 Windows based Server
- Perform anti-virus and anti-spyware/malware scans on all office computers and servers
- Performance/optimization Tune-Up
- Install nessisary software patches and Windows updates on all computers onsite
- Discounted per hour rate of $35 for additional services
- A monthly report of all scans and updates performed
